About Us

Alex & Coldwell was established in 2012 to provide specialist Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services within both Technical Design Consultancy Services and MEP contracting services.

We are experienced in all types of MEP construction works whether as new construction or Fit out works including, Hotels, Restaurants, Corporate offices, Banks and Retail Outlets both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Since inception we have focused our efforts on delivering the highest level of service and quality workmanship through our team of dedicated Management and Engineering teams on all levels.

It is our focus is to maintain a manageable level of projects, hence complementing our focus on quality rather than quantity, having gained a consistent reputation of delivering the highest professionally executed works, within program and on budget.

Within our dedicated MEP Design & Drafting Team, we are highly capable of producing solid design solutions for HVAC (starting from Cooling Load Calculations through selection of appropriate systems and controls), plumbing design (Water Supply and Drainage), electrical power systems, lighting and lux calculations. We extend our services to cover other fields including Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, and Extra Low Voltage Systems as well.

This is supported by solid financial capabilities and sound management to ensure seamless progress, continuity of work while mitigating any inherent risks to both the company and its clients towards the common goals of successful delivery and a win-win relationship to all parties.

Our company focus from day one was to ensure the hiring of skilled, experience and qualified personnel for each area within the organization. This is also true for the suppliers and sub-contractor partners which we engage and we consistently endeavor to build long term working relationships with.
